Whilst the American colonists were accusing Britain of tyranny and suppression in the build-up to the American Revolution, Parliament passed the Canada Act !774) giving the recently defeated French and French Canadians (1763) freedom of worship (They were all catholics), free elections and self Government.
Never in history had any nation bestowed such freedoms on a defeated people and the 'freedom' loving protestant colonists hated the idea that Popery was to be allowed so close to the English colonies. America's fight for freedom and democracy is a myth, it's 200+ years old propaganda.
They were even frightened of an influx of the Anglican church declaring 'no Bishops here.' So much for tolerance freedom and understanding.

The emanicipation proclamation was not going to be permanant, President Lincoln issued it hoping that it would scare the south into rejoining the union without further fighting, but when it did not and increased the number of free slaves, coupled with the fact that the north won the war., he became aware that it would not be something that could be reveresed. (btw I am in no way in agreement with the fact that this should not have happened, I just wanted to to point out that this wonderful document was not created with intension that would arise from it.)

did u know that our new pope benedict was a nazi in world war 2? thats a fact. and the usa govt program to vaccinate our soldiers in the first gulf war (operation white coat) was with untried and untested vaccinations which led directly to gulf war syndrome, was reinstated in 2004 (called operation white coat 2), once again giving our very own govt the right to experiment with untested drugs on our soldiers. another fact, u got a bonus. lucky u

This is true not fiction................
If a statue in the park of a person on a horse has both front legs in the air, the person died in battle; if the horse has one front leg in the air, the person died as a result of wounds received in battle; if the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of natural causes.
