For the most part, single events don't turn the course of history. No person is indispensable. There is always someone who can take over a job and do it better.
So, JFK's death, although tragic, didn't have a great effect on the overall meanderings of the course of human events. It was only a blip on the radar screen which appeared for a nano-second and then vanished.

I don't think life would turn out too much different. There are other events that may have a greater impact on our lives. If the terrorist attacks on 9/11/2001 never happened we'd have a better economy right now, better world relations, better way of life with less fear, no war in Iraq (maybe), and getting on an airplane would be easier.
Every event affects something... even you asking this question might cause some random effect somewhere.
just gotta have faith things will work out for the best

Kenedy would have gotten shot some other time. The Kendedys just do die. There is that curse. They want peace and people do not want to let them have life because of that. It is really sick sick sick. The only one that is alive is the bad one Ted that let the woman die. Is it true only the good die young? JFK jr is dead? William K Smith is alive he must be bad. Jeffery Skakel is alive (killery of Martha Moxley) obviouly bad. Only the good die young. By the way what a skank.
MLK is another example. Why do they kill the peaceful ones.

i think it would be a very boring life. it's sad to have all these major events happen but at the same time it keeps us on our toes and reminds us just how fragile life really is. also that our time here is very short and it could be us next. so live and enjoy life now as if tomorrow never comes. because it doesn't.

possibly we would be at war with USSR and Cuba WW3 . or maybe the Berlin wall would have came down earlier and Bruce Lee and Elvis would still be alive. Build a time machine and find out whether or not you can get back.

Boring- Just a re-egging of an old question. If JFK hadn't get shot there would be no boring documentaries about it, that would be the only real difference.

Kennedy would've come off as an average president. BUT, I think Vietnam would've been over a lot sooner.

So many ifs, would have's and shoulda, woulda, couldas. "What if's" only stop a person from concentrating on reality, here and now IMHO.

Good question, but if these historic things didn't happen, then Life as we know it would have been different.
