any animal can develop an allergy at any time in their life just as humans do. The types vary but the most common are allergies to other animal's dander, and allergies to flea or tick bites. Both will irritate your bunny's skin and typically make him itchy. There are shampoos aimed at soothing the itch, and there's likely some type of flea deterrant you can use on your rabbit effectively (DO consult your vet on this - you can't just get something for another type of animal and use it on the rabbit).

A third possibility is to the type of food you feed it - not all food is well processed or healthy for the rabbit.

No matter what consulting your vet is a very good step to take so you're not doing guess work.

I don't personally own a rabbit but I know people who do anyway the best thing to do is ask your vet what you can do to help your bunny get over her allergies

if the rabbit is sneezing you should take it into a vet. Sneezing in rabbits is a BAD thing.
