I am living in Honduras right now, but I want to go to USA to work for a few months.

A tourist visa does not give you the right to work in the US. As to whether you can find a job, that depends of whether you can find someone who will hire you without asking for identification, or whether you can produce phony identification.

You need a work visa to work in the United States.

The west is floodded with illegals. We would prefer it if you stayed where you are. Our policies are going to have to get a lot tougher, by not letting the likes of yourselve in and getting a big stick to send every last one back.
