Dont shave, just trim. Shaving just causes irritation and it is very bothersome. Trimming looks nicer, neater, and definitely grown up. If you shave, don't you think it looks like a little kid?

Trimming is better than shaving. Shaving can cause irritation to your skin and will look awlful and can help you get an infection. Make sure he has clean fingers! I know that sounds daft but he could give you an infection.
The preparation you need to do is be nice and clean and be fully prepared for it by thinking through if you are sure this is what you want.

If you mean shave your legs, then yes probably. If you mean your pubic area, than that is a personal thing. Just keep in mind that if you do you will have to either keep shaving it or experience and lot of irritation for the next week while it is growing back in. It is really uncomfortable. Most guys don't mind hair there as long as it is trimmed and well groomed. And if it is his first time fingering a girl he probably won't be too focused on wheather there is hair or not, so I wouldn't be too worried about it.

dont shave it feels good to the finger only problem is it might pull hair as the finger goes in it looks painfull

If you shave normally... yep. Especially if this is his first time, or he's inexperienced with a woman... last thing you need is for him to be yanking on pubic hair.

My BF wants to finger me..I wonder what he'll want to do after that?
I wonder if he will pressure me?
I wonder if he respects me?
I wonder how many other girls he's fingered?
I wonder how I'll feel afterward?
I wonder if this would lead to other things I might not feel right about?
I wonder if I'll be able to tell if he has any diseases?
I wonder if he's the right one?
THINK about other things....important things.
