my 16th b-day is coming up nd i want to do something..does anyone have any ideas..nd also if u go 2 a restaurant with your friends on ur birthday are my parents suppose 2 pay for their food?

Ummm... this isn't for everybody so take it with a grain of salt.
My parents are "free spirits" - so for my 16th they took me to a nudist colony.
It was different.
Later we did go into town to a steak restaurant with some of my friends.
My parents paid for everything.

you can have a party at home with your friends or an outing.
you are still underage so parents are expected to foot the bill if you want to eat out with your friends.
