I just upgraded my accounted with netflix to the two movies at a time unlimited. They sent out my movies on the 7th and I was supposed to get them on the 8th. Usually it happens like that, but it's been 8 days now and I haven't recieved it. I reported one of the movies as missing to see if it comes. It was supposed to be here today and it isn't. Does anybody know what the problem is?

Contact Netflix immediately. They will send a replacement.

Contact Netflix right away. It could be they're lost in the mail, or someone stole them.

do you order alot. Netflix is really good to its new customers but will take a while once you have been a customer for a while especially on new releases they may be back ordered

try putting more movies on your list. that happend to me too
