I think they will go 11-5, given with the schedule we have. In my eyes, Torry Holt is the best wide out in the league today. Only receiver in NFL history to have six straight 1300+ yard seasons, he never complains, he missed two games last season, and still was only 3 receptions away from winning the receiving title. Also, not only that, but the other year he took a paycut just to get some Rookies signed. I doubt Injury Proner (Steve Smith..who still hasn't proved much to me yet except for ONE good season), Terrell Owens, or Randy Moss would do that.
So definitely our receiving core is great with Holt. Now with Bruce, he's getting old, but he can still play the game..he's one of the best ever to run a route and faking defenses out. Kevin Curtis? He had a 'quiet' breakout season last year, and is under the radar, just like the Rams. He's the future Number Two starter for the Rams, or potentially Number One starter when Holt's days become limited.
Given that, if Marc Bulger stays healthy, he'll easily make the Pro Bowl, since he can put up the numbers to get there. He's already been to one Pro Bowl, and won the MVP of the game. He's matured much more now, and this year he'll be getting rid of the ball quicker, and won't get hit as much (I don't believe.) He is one of the best QB's in the NFL when he's healthy.
Steven Jackson? What should I say, he's an amazing back, and just needs carries. Just look in the pre-season game against the Colts. He had only had 5 rushes, with 41 yards! That's freakish good! I predict him to be second or third in the league in rushing yardage this season, believe it or not. His leverage on his upside is great, and can power over the best defensive players in the game with his speed, size, and power.
Our defense? Ok, obviously some of you people haven't seen it. The additions of Will Witherspoon, La'Roi Glover, Corey Chavous have been great! It adds more depth to our defense than ever!
Tye Hill: Great rookie drafting, I actually just got his jersey the other day to celebrate his pre-season game. He almost had an interception to return to the house. Add a few knockdowns. He's going to be a Pro Bowl Cornerback in a couple of years.
Fahkir Brown: I had mixed feelings about this signing from the Saints. But he did put up numbers last year, quietly in New Orleans. But in the pre-season game, he impressed me despite in the first drive, when he was burnt. This is the thing that impressed me: He blitzed, and knocked the living hell out of Jim Sorgi to force a safety. That is what I like to see. Our defense is more aggressive than ever and I love it! Especially, when a guy that has a first name that actually means "superb," you know he's gotta be good.
Matthew Rice: A new, rookie i've never really knew..but a lineman..was excellent..4 tackles, 3 sacks. Amazing.
I know it's only the pre-season, but watching these guys just makes you feel a big joy inside.

I think they are still a good team but they need some more help on defense. They also are in a new offensive system, which is good overall, but could take some time to settle. I like the idea of them using Jackson as more of a everydown back and getting him more carries. I saw a stat recently that said since 2000 the rams are like 25-0 when they have a back go for over 100 yards.
