Some Staples or Office Depot stores will take ink cartridges. For the printer, call your local garbage company or solid waste specialist at your city for a recycling referral. (they can also answer about the ink cartridges if there are local outlets.)

Most companies like HP will send you fedex shipping labels for you to recycle them. We did that way at work.

sorry, I dont...when I buy new ink cartridges, HP gives you postage paid envleopes to mail back your old cartridges to them...
