If you are on Vodafone, they have a service were you phone a special number and then play the music into the phone. It gives you the name of the artist and song.

I usually just type in a few lyrics (prefferably from the chorus) into google and a bunch of lyric sites will pop up, and I generally find the song I am looking for.

type some of the lyrics into google with quotation marks around them ("") and that should pull up the name

just type i line of the song with quotes around it into a search engine...sometimes it also helps if you can put in a genre....

log to www.letssingit.com and type a line of the song, click lyrics, and then the song will appear.
