I visit when I am sick and tired of work and need a well deserved break, but then my boss walks around the corner and I have to jump back to the work I was doing previously. So no I don't have a fixed time of visiting this site, I visit sporadically

A little of both, I do it at work so it's between the hours of 9am and 5pm. But it varies daily.
