I recently finished building a gaming PC with the latest AMD processor and Gforce grap[hics chip and I want to put them to the test. What are the latest games that will use my pc to its full potential? Im thinking driving simulators and first person shoot-em-ups.

Honestly - I don't think those choices would task the machine enough. Try F.E.A.R. for your FPS and try Colin McRae Rally 2005 for Driving. Rally style games are usually more graphic intensive due to weather conditions and environment.
