I happen to be a housekeeper so there are lines are not crossed. Depending on what you pay general housekeeping involves light cleaning. Such as the vacuuming dishes mopping picking up etc. Most housekeepers do not do the fan blades ovens carpet shampooing etc. If you pay very well then it is appropriate to have the housekeeper do these things. But most things involving privacy such as your bedroom don't do. Some housekeepers aren't above stealing.

Fortunately, for the right price you can have them do just about anything. Of course permanant disfigurement is a little too extreme, just try to keep the scars under where the bathign suit covers.

You can't have your housekeeper make decisions about your clutter, unless you want to have everything thrown away. I would suggest that you do some "picking up" so that the housekeeper can do the heavy duty cleaning.
If you are using a housekeeping service, ask them about their "rules."

usually a house keeper does house hold chores only. a house keeper does not take care of the children ...unless he/she were hired on as a nanny/house keeper.

why not do your own housework, its a great work out. =)
I guess as long as you dont pay them slave wages, hit them or demand sex you will be okay
