Yep, there was a girl I was madly in love with over ten years ago. She seemed like a really nice, down-to-earth, girl-next-door kind of person when I first met her, but then she morphed into a nutty Bible-obsessed, born-again religious type. It got to the point where we couldn't have a conversation about anything and ended up angrily going our separate ways.

I saw her again last year. She seems to have chilled out with the religion in the intervening years, but I no longer find her especially attractive or even really my type at all.

Yes, I am glad that I did not end up with my friend. He now has a nice wife. And I would not have ended up with the best husband in the world. The best part is that they are best friends.

Yup there's this guy (I'm still good friends with) that I thought I was sooo perfect but I now realize what a loser he is! (even though he's still my friend)... He's a crystal meth addict, can't hold down a job, lives in his parents basement, still hasn't graduated high school, and treated me like garbage (and he still owes me money!!!) nothing like the boyfriend I have now.. OMG I can't believe I ever thought he was sooo cool! hahaha God life would be so much worse if I had actually ended up with him!!!!

Yes. That would be the one who still owes me $$$$$ and has managed to get at least five credit cards in my name and now owes $18,000. It took a while to clean up my credit report, but I think I'm finally there.

Just about any of them. The relationship ended for a reason.

The one I am most grateful for, he ended up beating his finance so bad she was in a coma for a week, and he's still in jail now for it. I thought when I heard "OMG, that could have been me he abused!"

Oh my god yes, one in particular. He was such a butthead. The best part about breaking up with him was. . .breaking up with him. It didn't get much better than that. Although, I felt pretty cool when all his friends wanted to trade him for me, because they thought he was a butthead, too. Hurrah for me!
