I'm assuming you mean that your period is 18 days late and not that you're pregnant and 18 days overdue.
If you're 18 days late for your period, take a pregnancy test.
If you're 18 days overdue for labor, get a new doctor.

Perhaps its time to discuss inducement with your doctor. I'm pretty sure that 18 days is getting close to too many days overdue. Good luck!

I think you need to seriously talk to your doctor, because after a certain point, it could be dangerous for you and your baby. I'm pretty sure you'll have to be induced. All of this also depends on how far along you're dilated. Try to take a long walk like about an hour to two hours, but first talk to your doctor, see what he/she recommends! Good luck, and the walking does help, trust me, I've been there!

Over due for what, exactly? The last ? you asked was could you have sex in your 9th month of pregnancy. If I were 18 days over due, the last thing I'd be thinking about would be sex.

I didn't think doctors would let you go 2 weeks pass your due date. They will usually induce by now. I would call your doctor asap or head to the hospital.
