No they dont. If you claim on the label that it treats or cures a certain disease, you need to put a disclaimer on the label. "these satements have not been evaluated by the FDA" or something of the sort. Other than that , everything natural can be put on the market freely.

No,they talk about that a good bit in the news.It can be dangerous mixing with prescription meds too.Always ask Doc before taking anything like that.
