These painful sores inside the mouth may be triggered by stress, injury, nutritional deficiencies, menstruation or genetic factors. They usually clear up in one to two weeks.
Steps:
1. Avoid hot and spicy foods, which can irritate canker sores.
2. Brush your teeth with a soft-bristled toothbrush to lessen aggravation.
3. Apply crushed ice or an over-the-counter oral anesthetic to the sore to numb the pain.
4. Practice good oral hygiene. Rinse with mouthwash or salt water, and try brushing with a toothpaste free of sodium laurel sulfate, which has been implicated in aggravating canker sores.
5. Consult a doctor if sores persist longer than two weeks, recur more than two or three times a year, are extremely painful, or occur with other symptoms, such as fever, diarrhea or skin rash.
6. Talk to your doctor about treating the sores with oral or topical steroids or oral antibiotics.
The easiest home remedy is to apply hydrogen peroxide with a cotton swab on the canker sore (1 part hydrogen peroxide to 1 part water). Then dab a small amount of milk of magnesia on the canker sore 3 - 4 times a day. This is not only soothing, but appears to help healing.

You might try Lactinex. You can buy it at any pharmacy. It is refrigerated behind the pharmacy counter. You chew 4 tablets 4 times a day until the container is empty and then you may need to buy another container if the sore is really bad. Canker sores are herpes simplex a virus that stays with you and they can come about from a variety of reasons but once you get them you will probably have them periodically for the rest of your life. They can pop out from stress, excess sun, an upset stomache or a cold or fever. The lactinex runs about $8 for the little container so it is not cheap but seems to work because it works from the inside out instead of topically.

Please do your mouth a favor a give Lactinex a try. The pharmacist will have them in a refrigerator behind the counter.
Chew 4-5 tablets before swallowing with water or juice. Repeat several hours later and the next day only if the canker sores remain.
True story: As a teenager, I suffered for nearly 7 weeks before an ear, nose, and throat doctor suggested Lactinex. (Lactobacillus.) The cankers sore were gone the next morning. Lactinex always works for me. :)

Do you mean Canker sores? If so the best thing you can do is swish peroxide around in your mouth several times a day. Canker sores and cold sores are so hard to get rid of.

Baking Soda. Dampen a Q-tip with water and dip it in baking soda and apply to the canker sore. I get them from acid and the meds I take. folic acid helps prevent them. There is also a product called magic mouth wash that is somewhat costly.

My mother suffered from this. This is a pretty rare condition; unfortunately, I do not remember the name. However, it is VERY treatable, and requires little effort. My mother had, like you, about 15 sores. She went to her doctor and requested help. It's very important that the doctor does not simply recommend Abreva or something. You need something that will STOP THEM FROM SPREADING. The ones you have spawn more and more, and the body will have a very hard time dealing with all of them at once. As soon as it fights off one, another two will spawn in its place. You need help. It comes in the form of certain prescription medicines that target the ROOT, not the symptoms. Please take care, and mention to your doctor that you need a containment medicine; one that will prevent its spead to the rest of the mouth.

Ive tried this and it works. Get a glass of water.... put salt in the water and stir it up... gargle the salt-water in your mouth a few times a day. For some reason this works my grandmother had me do this when I was younger. Goodluck :)
