level 2 is a state of mind. in order to get it. You must either have like 10 best anwers or answer a lot of questions. Actually I believe you must have a 270 points or something. I don't care. Just don't waist too much time on it. To get to level 3 you must have 1000 points. All level two lets you do is to rate other peoples answers. Nothin special.

You have to keep answering questions. if you go to the Q&A page, it will tell you how many more points you need to become the next lvl. Of course, you lose points if you ask a question.
My point is, answer answer answer!

You have to answer enough questions to get enough points. The next level starts at 250 points. The more you ask, the harder it is to reach the next level because points are taken away.

just keep asking that question...and eventually yahoo will get tired and just make you level 2...but you'll have to ask it a whole bunch of times....jk....seriously though...well for starters you have to not ask questions cuz that costs you points...and answer questions, cuz that gets you points...and on the questions you have asked if you pick a best answer then that gets you some points...but less then it takes to ask a question
