Boy, did Virginia pick a bad team or what!
I love the editing that showed Keith always eating. What a slob.
I am glad for Heather, but it probably wasn't very professional to cry in front of your new staff.

Heather, of course. I could tell from the very first episode she was going to win. She had cooking ability, but what's more she had drive, maturity, leadership qualities, etc. Plus the fact that she was the ONLY one there with any of those, the rest were goombas to varying degrees. Seriously, if the producers want to keep the show interesting, they need to find better quality contestants so it can be a real competition. As it was, it was just funny to watch the screw ups fumble while the obvious winner had to go through the motions. Kudos Heather, you earned it! But then, you hardly had any real competition.
Oh, and p.s. Virginia was supposed to be the hottie, and she was cute, but I thought Heather was hot as hell (partially cuz of her talent, but she's damn cute too, I think)

Heather. But it was so close because Heather was serving out food left and right which means that she wasnt controlling the quality. Virginia though was making sure that everything was perfect and then sent the food out, but it made the customers wait.

Heather did win, and I think she deserves the win. As far as I know, Virginia won every competition because of her "charms". I don't think she really won everything by skills... Maybe except the taste tests.
