if the fabric is white I highly reccomend using a bleach pen any brand they work great.... if it isnt
sponge the stain immediatly if possible or apply a pre wash soil and stain remover
rinse
wash- if stain remains apply liquid detergent to stain or soak in warm water with detergent
rewash...

shout works good, m30 hand cleaner takes out alot of stains from clothes too.and it will not damage them just rub it onlet it set for a bit and it pulls out hte stain.

rub pure lemon juice into stain and leave in bright sunshine for a few hours then wash as usual

you should first soak the clothing in bleach or detergent in hot water then scrub and repeat until u think it should go in washer
