depends on the architecture of the windows vista.
if its different they will not be compatiable with vista

No they arent, some of the companies ( from ur hardware manufactures) are making drivers from win vista, if they have u can find them on theyre website, the only thing u need to know is what brand and model is ur hardware ur trying to install.

althought there is some backwards compatability with xp and vista, drivers will have to be new things to get. go to the manuf.'s web site and look for vista drivers.
