If you know your last date of ovulation, it's easy, assuming you want date of implantation. The sperm can last up to 5 days, so assume that sperm came from sex +/- 5 days from ovulation. Implantation takes approximately 10-12 days after ovulation, so if you know your last ovulation date, or period date (although not terribly accurate, assume 14 days after last period), plus 10 days would be actual implantation, that should give you a pretty good date.

I've calculated your due date at April 20th. So the health care professional is telling you anything that is about a week off. A variety of it depends upon how lengthy your cycle is. Most ladies have a cycle of 28 days, and that's what this due date is centered off of. When you've got some thing rather than a 28 day cycle then it is going to be off a little bit. I've had this same drawback with my current pregnancy. Centered on my final interval my due date should have continually been March 27. But when receiving ultrasounds they always put me at April 4. Well I just lately had an additional ultrasound in my 0.33 trimester and they've in the end agreed that my due date will have to be March 27 like I suggestion. If whatever it is only a weeks off which is not that massive of a deal. You may be a little bit additional alongside, but I believe it's still too early to enter labor. What your experiencing sounds normal to me at this stage in your pregnancy. Welcome to the special world of pregnancy anguish! You will be aware of for definite when your in labor.

it's true. You can never be 100% sure your exact due date. I don't understand why it's so important. Did something special happen on a day that would make a good story like...

"the day I concieved you I had just come home from..."
