I'm trying to look up pictures that you have to look twice at to see another picture. I currently have one that is a peninsula near a river bed but if you look closely (with your head tilted to one side), the reflection of the water makes a symmetrical picture of a women and child praying. What would you call these type of pictures?

Optical illusion. Hologram if it is planned. Possibly holographic illusion.

I'm back...I don't know if this helps, but the artist 'Boris Vallejo' dabbles in a method which produces an effect similar to what you describe...He has a book in publication which illustrates the technique...You probably could find a reference to it on-line...
Have a happy day....
OOPS...I made a mistake. That's '3-D' I was referring too...'not' what you are describing...sorry. You might mean 'hidden imagery' or 'subtle imagery'...advertisers used this trick also and it was referred to as 'subliminal'....
