Do you actually think a cellphone would cause something to be a trigger? USA/UK is trying to increase a terror level, as they always have been.
But cellphone from the previous UK/US conspiracy said that the cellphone was a triggering device. Meaning it sends shock somehow ... So when they place it all over chemicals, that shock would produce electric signals which will later cause a electric shock which is enough to heat up the chemicals to explode.
Its like scifi movie which US/UK governments want their people to believe.

If you have ever driven near a place where they were using explosives (like building a road) the signs always say to turn off your cell phones. The cells work by radio waves, so do some of the triggers for the explosives. We no longer have to run wires to a plunger.
