Subtle glances, laugh at his jokes (but not too hard), find a way to touch his arm while he is talking or telling a funny story. Don't focus too much on him. Play hard to get if you want him to 4-ever eat out of your hands. There are too many hoez in the hood you don't need to rep yourself as one!

Yes, often subtle flirtation is the best, just touching their hands or face lightly, make eye contact than looking away as if shy, not showing to much flesh. Paying attention when they talk and smiling.
