I don´t know where is he... but, I think that he´s at nice home, enjoying his family, but observing the world, the wars, observing how the humanity are destroying the planet, observing how the humanity does not really apreciate this phrase: It´s a great passage for the man, but a great jump for the humanity. Neil must be sad to to see that the humanity has done little for being one better civilization, more mature, and that all its technology has occupied it in destroying itself.

He's retired. He doesn't like all the attention and hooplah surrounding his rise to fame over landing on some rock. He just wants to be left in peace. Although he does do an occasional speech for a good asking price.
