well don't worry about the thoughts of std,s just yet,i have heard of this before because your foreskin can be to tight .This tightness and the unnatural dryness of the penile shaft and head causes some men (and their partners) pain, abrasion, and bleeding during sex. you may need to be Circumcised or do exercises of pulling your foreskin back a lot until you get less friction,hope this helps
