I am trying to find a job in as a Manager or a supervisor.

you can job search through careerbuilder or monster.com or you can go to the websites of each and do a career search through their newspaper.. i think miami's paper is called the miami herald but i may be mistaken... florida has a state website called http://www.myflorida.com
you can search through there to get statewide stuff.. also look for links to miami...and search there.... los angeles should have the same thing, but you'll probably have to google search for loca newpapers in los angeles to see where that takes you...
