Many STD's have no symptoms for a male...Chlamydia for example, but it can be very serious to the woman you pass it on too. Herpes causes a rash on your penis, gonorrhea causes the "drip" from you penis. You can have anonymous testing done if you are to embarrassed.

Why would you be afraid to go to the doctor?
Pay close attention to your body. Don't ignore anything because you never know what it is. Don't try to self-diagnose. Always ends up badly.
Not all STD's have symptoms or not all symptoms will show up on you. Although true there are some symptoms that are obvious, you can still pass on STD's without knowing you have it.

I got identified with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 7 yrs ago, while I was still in college and had a mindless one-night stand. I realize lots of young ladies will say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/1Mkcg everything got better.
Not only was I able to remove all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded cafe, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This system gave me back the chance to be happy and experience true love. Now I want to help you too by sharing this with the whole World.

Maybe you should stop trying to be a "freak for life" if you think you have an STD. Having sex with lots of partners is stupid.
