I have Toshiba satellite and the keyboard mwon't let me type anything, but i can stilluse the mouse to click on things and it makes this beeping noise can someone please help me solve this problem.

I agree that a key is stuck. I don't think that using an external keyboard will help, but its worth a try. Last resort after trying to unloose keys and external keyboard, send it in.

Try an eternal keyboard or jus take it to a repairer

maybe one of your keys is stuck down
