If you're having unprotected sex, then YES, you could always get pregnant.
As for washing it out... I assume that you mean using a douce to 'cleanse' yourself. If that's the case then yes, you could still get pregnant.
Let's face it, a douce is forcing liquid up towards your cervix and then letting gravity work it's thing to wash it all back out. There is still that chance that those few sperm pushed upwards can find their way into your uterus and thusly leave you with the chance of getting pregnant.
You don't want a baby, use protection.

yes because there is also pre ejaculation that can get you pregnant, when he really does ejaculte theres already millions and millions of sperm in the uterus already. and "washing them out"/ douching will only push them up even further. so there is a great possibility that you can get pregnant, next time just use a condom if you dont want a child

Yes you can still become pregnant. Even if you're using spermicide it's possible. Even if you're using birth control it's possible. Try not to have sex when you're sick if you want to really avoid pregnancy. If you're sick all the time, you might want to consider doing other things besides letting him "pump it" into you. Lowered immunity increases chance of pregnancy, as does carelessness. So does being on top. Sex in general really....

Yes, because when he "pumps" inside of you, the semen shoots up into your cervix which when your aroused opens slightly and then the semen travels inside of your uterus... and there is no way you can wash out your uterus.

there is almost as much chance you will be pregnant as if you didnt wash it out, so thats a really bad idea! use protection, better safe than sorry
