It's a cherished shirt, and I'd love to be able to get the logo back to it's original whiteness... instead of pinky...

It depends on the type of material. It sounds like the red of the shirt has "bled" onto the white logo. You might be able to use an old toothbrush and some bleach to remove the pink. But, if you get the bleach onto the red shirt, you've got other issues. Maybe you could take it to a cleaners?

My hubby has a New Jersey Devils jersey that's red with a white logo. I ALWAYS wash it in cold water with Woolite as the detergent, on the gentle cycle.

If it's vintage and it means alot to you, you should take it to a proffesional cleaner so that you don't ruin it.

use a thin brush with bleach. Be very careful, you don't want the bleach to go everywhere
