Generally this based on how the funds are depositied as this can be anywhere from next day to 3 days. This also stipulates that the bank does not place a 'hold' on the funds based on the delivery type of the funds. I would ask your mortgage lender how the funds will be transferred. Then call your bank, tell them you are expect x dollards via the transfer type the lender tells you and ask them their rules for making these funds available. If the time frame is not one that is acceptable, contact your lender and see if they will change the transfer type. You might have to pay a small fee for to change the transfer type.
Good luck and I hope this helps!

In most places there is a three day waiting period. This is to give you three business days to cancel the contract. After that period, you cash back should be mailed to you. If the transaction is handled locally, you most likely can arrange to pick it up or someone might deliver it to you.

It depends on the bank. We had to wait about a week. You should ask the person handling the refinance at the bank, they would be able to tell you for sure.

That is a question that you should ask your loan officer. None of us can tell you.
