You need to find the reason for the puffiness. Is it lack of sleep? Then get more sleep. It is a medical problem? Some have kidney, liver and other problems they aren't aware of until its too late. Are you on medications that cause puffiness? Read the pamphlet that comes with the medication or speak to your doctor to see if that is a side affect.

Have you tried to put cold compresses on your eyes for a few minutes to see if the puffiness goes down? Have you limited your salt (sodium) intake to see if that helps release water retension which also causes puffy eyes?

juju is right, although I've read in this spa book I have that black tea bags are better. In my book it says that black tea has tannin, which reduces puffiness around the eye area. Believe it or not the book also says that the cheaper teas tend to have more tannin, so you don't have to buy anything too expensive. Just run 2 black tea bags under cool water to moisten and place them over your closed eyes, cover w/ a cool washcloth and lay back and relax for 5 to 10 mins. At least thats what my book says. If you're interested the title is: The Body Book, Recipes for Natural Body Car, Anne Akers Johnson. Good Luck w/ those eyes and just for the record puffiness usually occurs from lack of sleep and stress so you should also get to the root of the problem or an endless supply of black tea bags won't help you. Hope this helps.

Vitamin E oil! Your skin is made up of vitamin E and using vitamin e, you put all the goodness back into your skin. It had been proven that vitamin e tightens skin AND reduces wrinkles. You can buy it in capsuels or in a bottle, if in capsules just burst with a pin and use. Its quite greasy, so dont use alot. I use a mixture of borage oil and vitamin e for my stretchmarks and I put it on the lines on my forehead, and they have reduced dramatically! Try not to rub your eyes to much. And drink plenty of water before bed, and have alot of sleep!!!
