Without a doubt either walking, jogging, and/or running. Very simply you can do it anywhere, anytime and it doesn't cost any money whatsoever. Either is a great form of physical activity which utilizes the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, not to mention the skeletal and muscular systems. Anybody wanting to start an exercise program should start with walking and then build themselves up to light jogging and then perhaps running. Easily the best "sport" you put in a little and you'll get a whole lot in return! Just look at all our sports that utilize either walking, jogging, or running. You would be surprised!

You can run -- if you dont mind buying new shoes every 3 months or 300 miles you run... If you dont get new shoes... u'll get injured real easily.... also you may need to get arch supports if your arches collaspe when you run on hard surfaces...
If you dont want to spent that much money ($100 each 3 months [$100 is the average for a good running shoe... bad/cheaper ones make you more prone to injury])
Try soccor, volleyball, football... etc -- all you really have to buy is the ball.. then you can go to a park and play...

actually running does cost quite a bit, if you get serious with it, a good pair of running shoes can start at $90. Soccer is the cheapest I can think of, all you need is shin pads (relatively low $5-10) and a ball.
