You know, I was chillin' in the spa the other day with The Man, and I thought I'd ask. "Hey Man," I says, "Is the white house a symbol of white dominance over other races? Is the capitol building really just one more way for you to hold everybody down? And why DO you hold all those people down, anyway?"

"Oh Beardog," says the Man, he says, "I never cared what color people were. That's just what I tell them while I hold them down for being poor. If everybody had the same amount of money, we'd have communism. Everybody knows that communists are all gay pinkos, you don't want to be a gay pinko do you?"

"Oh no, Man, not at all." I replied quickly, "But what's the deal with the paint job on the White House then?"

"Well, it isn't a paint job at all. Primer is way cheaper than paint. I didn't get rich by wasting a bunch of money on fancy paint!"

Shortly after that, The Man realized that I didn't have nearly enough money to be kicking it, and had me escorted out by security.

I'm a mutt (Black, Spanish, English)

It's called the White House, because it's... WHITE!

I'm sure that if it were blue, it would be called the BLUE House.
Green would be called the GREEN HOUSE...

I don't believe there is any racism in the color of the Presidents' Home.

As a hispanic, I thinks it's called the 'white house' because we will never see anyone other that white who lives there. If, some day ( like never) a hispanic or a black would be in the white house (ergo: president) it would become the projects not the white house. take it all in stride, it's a joke.

I think u dumbasses read into stuff way to much. Its the white house because it is painted white!! Not because we hate black people. For God sakes, the Secretary of state is a black woman. Get over yourselves. We don't hate African Americans or any other race.

It is the white house because it is painted all white. It has been the tradition for years. As far as I know, there are the "green house," "blue house," etc. in other places.

Stop your racist conspiracy theories.

I do not have a "color," sorry.
