No one dies. Mickey doesn't die until Rocky III and Apollo dies in Rocky IV, fighting Draco.
Though I guess you could say Sylvester Stallone's career has been slowly dying!

Nobody dies in Rocky 2. Mickie died in part 3, not part 2,but i think Adrian fell into a coma giving birth.
