Ah, the ATM has spoiled common banking operational knowledge. Yes, you can withdraw money from your account at your bank (or branch thereof) by writing a check out to "Cash" and endorsing it in front of the teller.

You can fill out a withdrawal slip, since you dont have your card just show them any state issued ID. This works at your own bank. No need to waste a check.

Technically, you could. But I would just go to your bank and tell them you want to make a withdrawal. They should have the forms available for that, especially for your own bank.

You should be able to. If there is a problem the bank could call your regular bank at home to verify. Of course you will need to provide your ID so they know it's you.

Yes, if you can prove who you are. The check is made out to "cash" instead of putting your name on payee line. Just have good I.D. It is best to go to a bank.

Go to Dominicks or Jewel and
write a check over...like buy a pack of gum and then write a check for like 20.00 dollars over and they will give you the stuff you wrote over in cash

Who's a silly billy then? I think you had better start answering some questions, you are minus four points at the moment.
I hope your bank account is in a better condition.
