I don't think there is but if you go to runehq.com you can get some hints for quests how much xp you need to advance a lvl and all sorts of stuff.

There is no way to cheat in runescape 2 in the original runescape players were able to hack into the files to change their lvls but now runescape 2 has much better security features. there are walkthroughs and tips on some websites. why not look here?

On old runescape, I used to log in a member sever and go right accross the border from Free Servers and logout, login on a Free server and use my Autominer to work without interuption or suspicion, but they have since made that impossible
