Has anyone heard of PHOENIX ASSOC LAND (PBLS.PK), I have been looking into it as a hobby but have doubts?

Have a lot of doubts as to if the company actually exists in the form that they say it does. Does anyone know anything about it or where I can find anything out?

I have lived in Phoenix for 20 years and have never heard of it. You are wise to be wary.
