The answer in gallons would be ZERO, the actual volume required would be less than one molecule of latex paint compound, because the theoretical size of a black hole is nearly infinite density compressed to a single point in space. (That point is immeasurably small...) So... just a dab will do...

A bunch== You will need to use a long handle paintbrush so you don"t get "sucked" in. Don"t forget to apply 2 coats====.
