Get some friends together and go out to a movie or beach (depends on where you live). Ask that boy if he would like to come along with you. This way you are able to move in a little closer with him and he doesn't think you are asking him out on a date. Boys get nervous when they think it is a date. They are more relaxed with friends.

if thats the condition i will just wait for some days and i will build up some courage to go near him and ask whether he likes me or not or give him a letter expressing my views or mail him my wants by him or i will just make him close to me and try to express to him
