find a time u think would be right and ask him what he thinks of u guys of if he thinks of u as friends or more and if he ever thought of u as more and if he thinks just friends just let it be!!

Just ask him out.. Say "you are my friend, and that's why i should tell you that I love you and I want us to be together" (then grab him and plant a big kiss on him). LIke in the movies
