you have a cartridge error.. Look at you print monitor to see which cartridge is not functioning correctly and replace it.

Most printers require you to load the software first, plug the printer in with the power off, then power the printer up last. Did you follow the instructions for installation? Go to the Epson website and you can get the drivers and the owners manual for your printer there. Make certain that you have loaded the drivers for the printer onto your computer.

read the manual does it have trouble shooting section some printer keep flashing and just need you to hit one button is the ink out.
you need to find out what the flashing button means.
