they have a really good chance of winning this year.....more games with Thornton and a true number one goalie....who plays most of the games...they will be great....plus with all the moves that were made in there conference...there line-up hardly changed and everyone else did...

San Jose has a good a shot as anyone from the west. They have to get lucky with keeping good players, losing sucky ones to free agency and picking up good free agents. They need to draft well, stay healthy, play as a cohesive team come middle of March.

Very good chance, this team is loaded offensively with Thornton, Marleau, up and coming people like Steve Bernier, and a few others, they don't even need great goaltending because they are going to score so many goals you're gonna have to outscore them, plus Edmonton was an 8th seed that went to the Finals, so yes, it could very well happen, and they're going to be a 1-3 seed this year.

The Sharks are an rather stong team it really is able to win a Stanley Cup, they merely opt to discover key gamers to get to play with Thornton and Cheechoo like Heatley and/or Kovalchuk. in the adventure that they could try this, they are going to make in to a Stanley Cup very last, even possibly win their first Stanley Cup.

Anything is possible my hockey friend, anything is possible. Well, anything but the Sabres winning the cup or the Bills winning the Superbowl. Hell, Tampa Bay won both so far. So, like I said anything but a Buffalo team winning is possible. hahahaha

Hopefully not before the Sabres win the Cup.
No one ever thought that Hartford... oops, Carolina would win it.
