I would assume that word-number form would be 'one', 'two', 'three', 'four'... instead of 1, 2, 3, 4...

$17,000,000,000 in word-number form would be:
'Seventeen Billion Dollars'

If it is for a password it is something like this: AH7HFM9076.
But that is called alpha numeric.
They might mean that you need to spell out your numbers like on a check: Eighty-three thousand four hundred...
Just my guess without knowing the context that it is used.

The answer would depend on whether you're American or British.

If you're American, the answer is, "Seventeen billion dollars."

If you're British, the answer is, "Seventeen thousand million dollars."

:)
