well mam it depends the best way to have information related to visa fees and and procedure i can guide u to go uae embassy in philipines
but better go there wel suited coz over here lots of filipinos are into prostitution whihc they r trying to avoid so be prepared for answering them

i think it is going to be 200$ may be you have to ask travel agency there in your country, if you are planing to visit syria i will make yo a visa ;)
