for example i bought a plain white tee from some boutique, then i went back n customized it. after tat i re-sell it 2 someone i dunno. i wan 2 noe m i 'breaking' the law if i do tis. thanks.

As long as you do not do it too openly. If warned by the company, just stop doing it and pledge ignorance and send letter of apology and promise never to do it again.
