Do you feel as though you were born with the wrong body? Only you can determine if you are a straight woman born with a male body or a gay man who also enjoys cross-dressing. This is why there's an intensive therapy element to all gender- reassignment programs. They want to help you get to the root of who you really are before they start giving you hormones and making surgical plans. Nobody here can tell you what you feel inside.

It's kind of a double standard because girls who dress like guys are considered butch, whereas guys who dress as women are considered transsexuals. You're definitely gay, as for transgendered, that's up to your interpretation. If you feel like a woman trapped in a man's body then you're probably transsexual, if you just feel like a feminine guy then you're not.
