This is critical, and could be the deciding factor for an employer. An employer may have many impressive resumes, but the positive personality traits can be the deciding factor.

Very important.
Someone who is willing to go the extra mile to see that the customer is satisfied. Diplomatic, helpful, friendly, knowledgable and capable.

very important, you need to be outgoing and a people person with good social skills and communication skills, but these can be learnt
